If a person enter in ANABEEB , management gives a wonderful training and make the person as all-round worker.Now in middle - East Anabeeb is the number one catalyst handling company and champions of petrochemical industrial care services.

Lengthy duty time (8 hrs duty + 4 hrs compulsory overtime), and less salary compared to another companies.

Excellent team and members, lot to learn, widespread presence, responsive departments, job security..

Dislikes

Not much space for growth in positions and salary, changing policies and work environment, low work-life balance as you have to work for min 10.5 hrs a day.

There is no alternate leave off,i was worked with maintenance team, also fixed scale. but everyday i must present the site. no rest.

They are mainly consantrated in shut down project so i got a chance to work in diffrent plants oil & gas ;refinery,fertilizer plant,water plant,cement plant etc ANABEEB IS LIKE A TRAINING SCHOOL FOR EVERY ONE
