Some of superiors and managing system in the seletected depart. They try to deal their workers with his ego.exam.if i decline atleast 1 job for a genuine reason like Bout health issue than they thinks wrong.and they depends on information about the person from other person.once they got the info about any person than without any discussion with him they takes action.they deduct your salary if some incindent with the company equipments or parts.
