Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very bad company

Dislikes

Very poor management 1. For staff company provide labour food and accommodation 2. If you want to come in emergency leave then company demand for 10 thousand riyal otherwise there is no options. 3.If you pay 10 thousand riyal then it will take 10 days for leave approval. It's a very brust company.

Overall good but food is very bad and they are not giving promotions because of they not judge u according to your experience qualifications and skills the management department only like fawning people and they promote them.
