I worked with ACC for more then sixteen years. during my work tenors, I didn't sit idle for a single days except holidays. Even as per my job profile, I some holidays I have to visit projects partially. Job security is 100%. Management as well as staff are very co-operative, they always give HSE a high preference. So work culture & management are excellent. Company is having a separate HSE policy & it was accepted in all levels from top management to shop floor employees.

Dislikes

Salary structure bit low. That's all.

This organization takes challenging project in residential sector, also implimentation of new technologies are welcome here. There's a lot scope for learning over here.

The HR policies, performance evaluation, vague designations, salary timing, etc.

You would never find any positive or good vibes in this company, worst company ever.

. The worst company I have ever work with. . No job security at all. . Nearly 3 months delay salary. . Fully political environment. . FRAUD HR head rather entire HR department. . Regional Head has no senses how to work. . In time is strict and no limit for out time. . Company MD is a big scammer. . Rude behavior of all senior employees like HR Head, Regional Head, MD, they do not consider as you an employee rather treated as a slave. The tone of their wording like that they are doing great favors to us. . For no reason company gives notices to the employees with no prior intimations or advance notice period. Or otherwise forces you to give the resignation forcefully. not only to normal employees but also to MANAGERS as well. . Specially Project Managers and Planning Department is highly rather badly affected by the Regional Head of the company. and get bullying by him. . There is no planning in the top management of this company. totally filled with rubbish and nonsense personnel. . If any one joined in to this company beware specially from HR Head and her underlings HRs, Mumbai regional head, and MD. . MD has no brain to work with, he is fully dependent on the HR Head and Mumbai regional Heads decisions, what ever they say those are the finals. He is a nonsense basically.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cefetria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appreaisals are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address Prussia. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job
