External appearances are often deceptive and may not serve the intended purpose, They will show you all social media presence they will present you like they are winning everywhere. But the harsh reality is they are lying to themselves & creating false narrative in the market to trap loyal employees to join their organization. Once you join you work hard grow the sales in your area from nothing without any actual support from the company. Then they will dump goods in your territory without your permission & will force you to liquidate it with timely payment collection from the stockist. False commitments to Drs by Upper management people & not fulfilling the same will ruin your image in front of Drs. Once you resign you are the worst employee they ever had. Will not give you your resignation acceptance, F&F & will tell you to courier each & every property to Ho. I wish had not wasted my precious time in such an organisation where I learned nothing.

Burst management careless Hr not giving any employee resignation acceptance letter not given full and final settlement. Something like tanashahi company. Pressure on emp to disturb there career.
