Every month salary delays No work environment No proper infrastructure - you feel that you are working in a cyber cafe Bathrooms are leaked 3 months notice period No HR manager & account manager Every time you have to ask for salary slip and if you give proper reason then only you will get salary slip Politics and office gossips are a lot Limitations on learning frameworks Late night work No job security No knowledge to senior developers Saturday full time working Opportunity to learn only to owner's friends circle No management and project management process Most important 80% team are freshers & interns so this place not good for experience candidates

If you have hunger to learn, simple word join the company. Management is very good and caring. Help you to maintain work and life balance. Senior never work as boss , allow you to explore your options as much as possible and contributes whenever required.
