Here everyone supporting to new commerce and junior's to learn new things. Having freedom to every to express the skill. Senier's and management well supportive. Overall it's good organization.

Average salary structure is lower than other compatitor companies.

Team mates are helpful. Politics is minimum. Job security is good. Work environment is happy go lucky. Work life balance. 9 to 6 enjoy.

Salary & increments are minimum. Increments are not timely. No incentives. Efforts are not converted in monetary benefits. Management lacks project planning skills.
