Something you can learn there like CNC programming basics. Salary wise they are good

Worst company culture.No proper hoist facilities for lifting a heavy component. No proper material handling. They want to reduce man power but still needs more production rate without any system improvements. Learning is limited to a boundary as there nothing much to learn as a fresher. Most selfish copany think before you join.

There are only two years apprenticeship training work after we comeout no job security . only 100 out of 5people are selected after two years
