Something you can learn there like CNC programming basics. Salary wise they are good

Dislikes

Worst company culture.No proper hoist facilities for lifting a heavy component. No proper material handling. They want to reduce man power but still needs more production rate without any system improvements. Learning is limited to a boundary as there nothing much to learn as a fresher. Most selfish copany think before you join.

Good team and leader, well training, no job security, increasing career growth, average salary, near by distance, more politics, well learned, new development projects, bachelor can be maintain the work life.

More politics, on time arrival to company, no food accommodation,

... certificate also collect the company so company gives more production torcher .so graduate don't attend the interview because no us for ur future career and only work for salary only other vice no us
