Good overall exposure for learning different skills. Owners are very good people. Company's Customer base is good. KRAs are well defined and structured. Good balance between home and work possible. Location is easy to travel.

Dislikes

Pay scale is very poor as compared to work done. Workload division between teammates is not equal. Too much office politics and grapevine. Appraisal are given on absolute bias basis only.

Nothing much. Company is strong in manufacturing water treatment chemicals. For other applications the company is far behind the competition.

1. No job security 2. Poor work life balance 3. Bigger aspirations to capture market share but no R&D support for developing new products. 4. Micro-managing and arrogant superiors I’d suggest candidates to think twice before joining this company.

Company owners were good, but managers , hr, everything is so corrupted. Only foot locking is required there to improve. Always gossiping is very important. No proper technical process. Though they are working in sap but the process is totally manual. Technical support is zero. Managers are very much biased and political. Environme

It is not MNC..people are good but not the top level management. No employee friendly policies or processes. Pathetic management and Employees are not respected by them. No work from home even in Pandemic situation.

Yes I am happy to work with aquapharm group . In this pandemic covid - 19 situation company care about each and every person working in industry.Also Job security still greater in this situation.
