1) Site and client pressure is very high. They says whatever they want and you have to tolerate 2) Strict timelines. 3) No overtime at all. 4)Directors handle all the things and all the people go to him for such a small small decisions 5)Director KK is one man show he handle client pressure and workers problems very well. 6)Very difficult to connect with office team while working on site. 7)Purchase team should be more better. 8) HR team should more better. 9) While working on site you have to work on Sunday as well also night shift and overtime. 10) Less appropriation by manager.

Company have bad culture, managers and incharge loots the company money at site provided to them and due to this juniors are suffered . And if perform better than incharge or manager u are not appreciated and ur job is under attack by them.so beware

HR policies are rigid, stubborn. Conventional way of dealing with people, very rigid in giving the appraisal and promotion. They don't change people designation even after working for a decade. Office timings and strict.
