Management is very kind to their work force, family culture is there & they are always ready to support & financial help to employees/ managers. Work culture is excellent resulting harmonious IR & Industrial peace. Produce the products of very high quality. Managers/employees are devoted and dedicated towards achieving their assigned targets. All the directors are highly qualified and experienced in their domain & devote full time to the esteemed organization. All labour laws are fully implemented to protect the interests of the concerned. Job security is provided but Strict discipline is maintained.

Dislikes

As we know that change is a law of nature, therefore few habitual workers may realise now that they must change the habit of absenteeism, chewing tobacco etc. However the future of the Co.and it's stakeholders is very bright.

It seems like company is doing petty good job for the employees during this pandemic and work culture is a strong point. This is very good sign for the future. Thanks

Needs more involvement from superiors from head office. As we are working in a state which is developing and there is lot of opportunities to outline that we could work out more with little more help. Rest okay

I cannot see any negative points from my senior management. But little bit politics is there in mid- junior level.

There is no job security career growth salary & appraisal 10% yearly & there is no p/f benefits & any kind of other securities for future & work enviroment is too bad very disgraceful & no management
