Totally cheated company, they are forced to doing job by own responsibility and any mistake deduction from salary, which one not give on time Jagdeep is total froud person, his language is very very horrible. They deduct lot of person pf and not Paid in pf account, and u asked they start to mental torcher and forced to resign and then your pf is wasted. Your voucher also not paid on time period and lot of deductions. Not given single rupee of advance for site expense. His hr person miss Pallavi also total false promises. Don't attend interview, and give original and bonds. After joing nobody supportive and total under mental financial pressure jobs. Duty hrs not fixed and only 200 rs for out Mumbai food allowance, means only 200 rs get per day now a day. Every month min 20% salary deduction is compulsory. So before join think total froud.

Pl avoid this company for joining don't give bond and original documents and forget last month salary and pf money. If u able to not required join immediately.

Nothing. But due to bad culture environment and owner bad behaviours, all employees are sympathies with each other and having great friendship.

...me restrictions and if u late 1 min. then they will marks as half day working 6. Unwanted salary deduction (eg. If your salary is around 12k then 3k will be deducted as PF and moreover 3-4k will be deducted as then seek of rules) 7. They takes panalty from your salary if you will not submit daily report (in any circumstances), reach office late, if you do any mistake in works. And deductions are huge. 8. Office leave time 6:30 but they will bind to leave u on 1-2 hours late 9. Expense vouchers are not clear on time and do many deduction from it. And no advance getting from them(only given in some circumstances). 10. They will take office boy work from Engineers 11. They will take delivery of heavy items like gas cylinder, machines and compressor from Engineers through public transport without any support. 12. They will create any rule at any point of time and force to follow it. This is the common issue face by each previous employees.

In joining period he willask your original documents . once you leave he will not give your documents and also your salary. if you will try to call him he will block your number. he will treat you as a worker and worker he will treat as a officer. so don't spoil your life in this fake company

Your documents will be with them as you need to handover it to them, also sign 2years bond which is not said on call until u arrive for interview.

Very good experience to work where manpower not available, engineers used to force to work as labour.

Company not paying their vendor's on time also not paying experience vouchers of staff timely, asking for 2 years certificate bond, as they know after joining any employees try to quit the organization. partner using harsh language.
