...ront of me on call, I requested him to early release, And he accepted that, But after that on salary day, i got my pending due with deduction with half Salary, I was shoked and called hr right away Such a humble hr told me it's management decision to cut pending dues, due to my notices period was short, I was shoked again I asked my reporting guy ( I am bit angry on him now ) and guess what he totally Turned backward and said it's rule that everyone's have to full fill there noticed period, I said that was i requested to you to release me early, and you accepted that, Why didn't you rejected my resignation if notice period was less than a month , I was like hell ya F**k y** This is what happened to me , Management was f**k Company was f**k Go only if you want to f**k your self I served there 3 years And this is how they treat people,

...need too be improved. Staff and staff family health insurance is also not there. 3 years of bond in lieu of which you need to deposite one month salary which will be deducted per month until one month salary is not completed.

It is very good platform for upgrade your technical skill. The sinior are are very kind and training very well. There's more opportunities to work with all departments.
