I will point out one major thing that during my Working Period at AUDMPL, Not once did i get my salary on time. I had to practically beg to get my monthly salary.

...growth and they see partiality between their senior employees and new joinees...worst handling of employees and worst salary...i got just 8k which is far much less thaan a diploma graduate..i am a B.Tech Chemical engineering and look at my salary...very worst company i hav worked for in my life...don't go there and spoil ur life...worst company ever...

I learned a lot of new concepts in my field.My colleagues are very friendly eventhough they are in different department.They are always ready to share their thoughts and concepts.I had a lot of work exposure and also enjoyed the extra curricular activities held on.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
