1. Need to arrange more training of the upcoming technologies for the employees to grow more faster and also every employee should get the chance to explore themselves. 2. Appraisal should be more proper. Deserving employee should get a good hike. Need to think on this. 3. Need to add a health insurance for the employees. 3. Need to arrange more parties in a year. We get only one :-(

...e experts demotivate juniors and it is really hard to know the flow of projects.salary will increase based on performance but i donot know how to measure up the performance.i donot know the name of tool of measuring the performance. it is really difficult for any soft spoken person to upgrade in this company.if you finish up some task and must inform to management befor the clients otherwise you would finish up tasks without informing them.it effects on your salary.it increase your team leader salary whosoever donot have much knowledge about codes.your efforts have been lost to dust.it is very important to communicate with management every day if you do code each day or not and so on

...ot good for soft speaking people. There is no chance for developing human brain. Whosoever can oil up the directors then salary can automatically increase. They don't know how to split the pressure between freshers. Seniors put pressure to juniors and highlight the junior if they did something wrong. It will affect your salary. It never increases the salary next time
