As a fresher it can be a good stepping point for gaining some experience .

Dislikes

Endless cons to working here .. trying to list out a couple of them. 1.Company has a reputation of not letting employees go if they want to quit. The company makes sure you don't get your salary for notice period on time if you do manage to leave. 2. Management lies a lot and encourages employees to lie to clients if need be. 3.Environment is friendly, but the colleagues do not understand personal space . Extremely ego centric people out here. Step on their wrong foot and you will be tormented workwise ( and otherwise) till they get a new subject. Small place breeds more politics I guess. 4. The director / CEO has major temper issues. Insult knows no bounds if you manage to piss him off. 5. Workwise , not much of an opportunity to discover here. Company is averse to using new technologies. 6. You don't get holidays. Even though your contract says you have 18+9 holidays a year. You get to take a work from home as a substitute.

Great place to work with cutting edge technology. This is a product development organization in the healthcare domain. I really appreciate this initiative for the good purpose of life.

Dislikes

The organization should define some career growth plan for each role which will help an individual to grow and can prepare the next set of smarter people.
