Great work-life balance, seamless pre and post interview processes, great support from both India and US teams to learn not just about their business but also their products. Right from the interview process, the HR team has been quite responsive and have helped in smooth transition into the organization. They are actively engaged in employee wellbeing and engagement at office.

Pathetic place to work. Join the company if you want to ruin your mental peace and end up in mental hospital. Extreme levels of micro management, politics within the team and senior management as well plays games of extreme cheap level. HR team is joker here, absolutely clueless of what needs to be done. You can stay happy only if you are yes boss kinda person. People who speak out about the wrongs will be pressurised to next level and the end up losing all their confidence.

Never give interview with Aptos.Dont waste your time. I have 4+ years of experience HR called and scheduled the Interview. I was qaulified for 1st round and second round aslo scheduled and qualified in second round as well. HR interview is scheduled and package discussion also completed uploaded documents. Later after multiple follow up with HR said that the position is on hold and after 3 days again HR called and said the job description is updated you are not eligible

Professional Services division is the worst working environment I have ever worked in, where manager resorts to public shaming of his own team members in group and team meetings. Instead of identifying the issue and finding the solution, he will keep on blaming the team for lack of dedication and effort on the project. Constant intimidation, harassment, and last-minute cancellation of planned leaves is a constant working feature of this group. There are no proper ethics and etiquette standards within this organization and don't expect any help from HR on this psychological trauma. You will be utterly distressed and disappointed due to lackluster management and work.
