Only good thing is that you inherently become learned due to multiple projects running in parallel. Learning part is good but that is not really because they make you learn but because you are left with no choice but to keep working for 16 hours every single day

Multiple things to be honest, very very poor work culture. Such sadist, orthodox people who expect you to work like robot day and night. Everytime you’ll ask for any leave, they’ll make you work over the weekend in compensation of the same. Very poor work-life balance. Don’t even expect that you’ll be able to even celebrate your festivals nicely because they’ll keep on pinging you and making you feel that you’ve committed a crime by taking a leave. Very egoist people. Stay unemployed for a month and take time to find another job but NEVER EVER JOIN APTIVAA

Small team of highly talented young people make the working atmosphere quite vibrant and dynamic. Open office culture where Director, CEO and COO regularly interacts with people and give quick recognition for good work. Growth has no boundaries in the company's set up and from delivery to pre-sales to sales to client engagements and interactions, as you prove yourself, you get all of these and beyond. Research and innovations in risk management and modelling germinates in the company and available in the LI pages. Travel to international locations for client facing roles is a given thing provided you are ready to explore and enjoy it. Travel is remunerated as well. Hotel stays are in 4-5 star ones. Sports and offsite, beers and whiskeys, movies and travel - all comes to the fore on a typical friday. FRM and PRM is appreciated and course fee is reimbursed. Hotel stays are in 4-5 stars.

Sometimes biases may creep in based on few incidences or inappropriate project deliveries. But they can be overcome by direct interactions with seniors informed and through persistence. Most consultants and clients are men which may make it uncomfortable for a female in certain set ups unless they are used to work with male colleagues. Travel can be unplanned, over the weekends and stretched quite a few times as per client and project demands, so be prepared for the same.
