Aptiva Corp is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The management is highly focused on micromanaging everything, showing no trust in employees. There is absolutely no understanding or consideration of human needs, and the work environment is so toxic, to say at least. The strict timings and rigid policies make maintaining a healthy work-life balance hard. The management is not just rude but they treat employees like they are doing us a favor by hiring us. There are no amenities in the office to make working there any better either To make matters worse, there is no proper database to work with, and the company operates on hire-and-fire rules without any explanation. It's an unstable environment, and the lack of resources only makes it worse. I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for a professional and supportive workplace. The HR is practically non-existent, they show up once in a blue moon and are of no help when it comes to resolving employee issues. It's like HR is there for nothing offering no support or guidance. avoid this company if you value your mental peace and job stability. At APTIVA CORP, the people may grow and gain experience, but the company itself remains stagnant. If you come back after 4 years, you'll find that nothing has changed - the same poor management, the same strict policies, and the same toxic work environment If you are looking for personal growth you'll gain experience but don't expect the company to move forward with you.
