Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...riod too 90 days of notice period which does not seems to be industry align. 5.No proper response once you leave the organization for your experience letter & pay slip. At end I would say if you are fresher then company is good for you but not for laterals.

Nothing they just give better compensation to peers and it's fixed.

Dislikes

No Work life balance if you are in Mahindra project most of the people in Mahindra project only. Pathetic work condition. Managers keep on tracking you calling you even in night at 11-12. They share your number with Customer and this nonsense Mahindra PPL will also call u chase you anytime in day, night, weekend. Very bad work and culture. Managers don't know how to talk they just try to throw work at you without listening to issues. Infrastructure is bad, location in Whitefield where nearby flats too costly.
