The work Culture is Extremely good in aptiv ,we have a World class Faculties in Aptiv and also there is Scope for Learning New things ,its a place you get Motivation to work and enhance your Skills ,People in Aptiv they are Realy good and Supportive they make you feel comfortable.

The Concern is the Salary part if they revise that it would have been good .

it was the Good company before agile implementation. they are Good For Hiring Collage campus with Good package.

not Good candidate left in the Company work wise. some project are in the Very bad shape. only Chinese project and now Indian project starting so becoming worst day by day.

After 1 hr 30mins of technical round which went very well , the interviewer asks about your current salary and expected salary and then rejects you. He has neither manager nor HR to ask salaries. Aptiv should improve their standards of recruitment.

The company is always trying to re structure every now and then.lot of changes in upper management. Lot of bookings and lot of new projects in pipeline.Lot to learn and grow.

More work pressure . No bonus. Expectations are more from managers. Average salary .no work life balance. Good for freshers .

...riod too 90 days of notice period which does not seems to be industry align. 5.No proper response once you leave the organization for your experience letter & pay slip. At end I would say if you are fresher then company is good for you but not for laterals.
