There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work environment, This place some times I'm learn in knowledge & Daily faced in New problem for every day.. how control in our problem Analysis. This work I'm satisfied.

Management is don't promotion in our company workers. Any salary problem for HR department no response.

...riod too 90 days of notice period which does not seems to be industry align. 5.No proper response once you leave the organization for your experience letter & pay slip. At end I would say if you are fresher then company is good for you but not for laterals.

The work Culture is Extremely good in aptiv ,we have a World class Faculties in Aptiv and also there is Scope for Learning New things ,its a place you get Motivation to work and enhance your Skills ,People in Aptiv they are Realy good and Supportive they make you feel comfortable.

The Concern is the Salary part if they revise that it would have been good .
