My time at Aptino as a senior technical recruiter for three years was marked by a lack of promotions and salary increases. Despite my commitment and efforts, I did not see the career progression and compensation I had anticipated. This left me feeling undervalued and disappointed with the company's approach to recognizing and rewarding its employees' dedication and hard work.

Dislikes

I had an unfortunate experience at Aptino when I was abruptly asked to leave the company with immediate notice. This sudden departure put me in a difficult situation, especially when I needed an experience letter. Additionally, my experience with the team lead during my time there was less than satisfactory, which added to my overall dissatisfaction with the company.
