Night Shift pay only good and they will give free food.

...pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company. Dont join here toxic culture. You will get more work and less pay. IT manager is attitude guy and he is never cares about the team members. Noon Shift you will get more than 20 tickets to work and team members (seniors) they dont work on much tickets

Unstructured planning of projects. No clear communication between cross-functional teams. Providing unrealistic deadlines and forcing to stick to it. Worst Work Life Balance and learning curve.

Salary is good. Too much of work pressure. They expect a lot even from freshers. But if you can resist all these you can learn a lot here. If you get a good team which has the latest domain then I think it good to work and learn a lot.
