Night Shift pay only good and they will give free food.

...pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company. Dont join here toxic culture. You will get more work and less pay. IT manager is attitude guy and he is never cares about the team members. Noon Shift you will get more than 20 tickets to work and team members (seniors) they dont work on much tickets

- Colleagues & Manager is good for my team - Average 9% hike.With prmotion it reaches upto 20~30% hike. - Never seen a heavy layoff.

- A lot of non competent managers is ruining the culture of the comany. - Too much cost cutting going on.

The amazing work-life balance it offers to employees is hard to find in most other organisations. However, all of that depends mostly on the team and your manager. The work culture is also very good and above average. You'll love the team outings.

Salary is good. Too much of work pressure. They expect a lot even from freshers. But if you can resist all these you can learn a lot here. If you get a good team which has the latest domain then I think it good to work and learn a lot.
