There is no job security. You will hear every month one organization change for sure which effects your carrier. Their policy is buy and sell companies with projects. They will leave employees in air.

...r new technology, most of the product are legacy and based on old technology. Not good compensation based on your valuable work. you have to learn yourself and implement, no cross verification what you did.

- A lot of non competent managers is ruining the culture of the comany. - Too much cost cutting going on.
