Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and friendly in nature . Management is transparent and supportive. Company policies are good. They give bonus every year .

Appraisals are not fair and they are not giving good salary hikes .

I like my team very much. They are very supportive in all aspects. They are kind and very much friendly. As per my knowledge this not the case with other teams.

No salary hikes they hire you for very less salary. You will not get exposure to popular domains like insurance, banking, hospitality etc

Actually i appreciate that the work environment is conducive to continuous learning and knowledge acquisition.the exposure to diverse projects and collaboration with experienced professionals has allowed me to gain valuable insights and enhance my skills as a software developer.

I am very proud that working for APTOnline. I joined as a fresher and my colleagues supported me alot. First project is developed single, after that I am working as module lead to all projects which is I involved, and I received best employee of the award in 2017. I am feeling very proud. I achieved this only the support of my team lead that they have given opportunity to prove myself. I involved in client meetings and given KTs on the project to my colleagues.
