1) Poor management 2) Payment of current month salary on every 3rd month that too in part payment 3) No employee benefits 4) No leave rules 5) No HR policy 6) No facilities at site for toilets and basic amenities 7) Mr. Goyel MD is not a gentleman rather doesn't know how to behave with employees
