For freshers who what to learn something abt sap can have good exposure but still it will be hectic ride.

Dislikes

Learning was good but they do have revenge full mentality once u put ur paper down, or if they have slightly idea that u are looking outside. They will make you life hell. Senior manager and lead consultant try to out shine u by under mining you are showing your interest capabilities and error and mistakes rather their own good work which is none ofcourse. Good example is mr. Khan in apsolut

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometimes i worked straight 18 hours a day. Managers don't respect employees. I receive appreciation email from client but they go un-noticed by the management. No ontime appraisal. Its a famliy owned business , most of the employees are relatives and outsiders are treated very badly. No proper leave management.
