Politics and resignation are always going on here people don't find job security as upper management and senior employees exploits junior employees senior always try to fulfill their targets even at the cost of sales from your territory pathetic organisation no incentive no growth and no job security.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
