Too much of pressure, you have to work like a 10 headed Ravan but still you can’t satisfy the requirements and you can’t meet the deadline, too much of decision change, if you are married better divorce yourself else it will happen automatically because of work life balance

Competitive salary as they need to differentiate themselves from the market due to no employer brand.

Nepotism and favouritism culture when it comes to promotion/growth opportunities. Majorly, Tamil speaking population and even though am tamilian, I disliked this. Hires who come in are also mostly from TN state. No diversity and inclusion practices followed. Family run company which has now sold itself to save themselves and save other people's jobs. Constant change in C level leadership leading to anxiety at middle and junior layers. Very less direction/communication from top management to employees. HR team is useless - the new HR head in CBE doesn't have any authority and the lady under her who is an associate director acts like the boss of the company. Recently, chief people officer based in U.S has left the company as she was all talk and no action. Coimbatore employees largely are part of the R&D team and sales function is based in the U.S/UK. Constant conflicts between the two functions/regions over product issues/customer issues since inception of the company. Has done many rounds of layoffs now in the past year or so to cost optimize and show better P&L as a company. Many good people have left the company due to this. Headcount hasn't grown in the past two years and constant around 500 employees overall. Join at your own risk!

Average working environment, remote working, flexibility.

Dislikes

Leaderships indirectly teach unethical practises, like poaching reseller's customer's directly. Unethical channel driven company, may bypass reseller and directly starts interacting with end clients. Bad leaderships. New employees follow that practise. Undue pressures. Some employees talk rudely with each other and even resellers and customers.

Depends on the team, There are some quite talented people from we can learn a bit and that’s all.

everything, there’s zero work life balance. just hire n fire policy. Management has no idea what they exactly want to do.

Job security is zero. You can be asked to resign for no reason. You may be working on a critical project, but suddenly your team mates are no longer with the company. Management has no clear vision on products.
