The Overall People working there is good.

Dislikes

They like to use underhand tactics and bypass their contract and lure you into stupid contracts such as if you leave before 12 months after accepting appraisal you have to give up on your 1-2 month salary, which they won't mention during appraisal or write on appraisal form but pass it as internal rule etc without ever informing you until the time you decide to leave. This is just a minor example, they use much worse things than this. Many of my coworkers had to give up their 1-2 month salary to get out, i, fortunately, was able to get out of this situation somehow after holding multiple meetings. Company culture is trash, I will say you look for somewhere else for a job.

The only thing to like about this company is their promotions and social media handles. Everything they show on social media handles is fake.

Dislikes

...e company they are being threatened that they won't get their experience letter. Often their 2 month's salary is being snatched . No junior can have any concerns in this company. There is so much politics in this company that if you tell any of your concerns to the HR, the HR tells everything to the manager and then the revenge game starts. THE MOST TOXIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!

They give over love to employee as a like a family, this gesture never let you think about any another organization to work in.

Here, the work environment is kind of cool and stress-free. You get to learn a lot of new things and the company is expanding so there are a lot of new opportunities.

Dislikes

Overall the company is great. But what I would say I dislike is the growth and the salary part. I feel there is a little bit of room for improvement. But I think as the company grows, all these things will be taken care of.

... work on sundays let alone Saturdays. There is no leave benefit. Once per month. If you need more than one salary deduction. They randomly mark you un productive and again salary deduction. Worst experience for someone like me whose first company in career was this.

Litteraly everything except the people I'm working with.
