... what kind of tasks and work will be there. And they assign mentor to help also. The last HR round and 1 with director was easy and general discussion of salary etc. The work is interesting but also challenging as they work both on Java & Python and i only know Java but learning Python as well. The best part of working in startup is that they give you work from day 1 and there is lot to learn. Working from home now so not sure about company culture but the team members & my team lead is very helpful.

Requires additional mentoring and direction from senior designers and should engage in collaborative discussions with fellow UI/UX designers to generate improved design solutions.

A good mix of WFO and WFH

The HR policies are some of the silliest I have ever seen, they haven’t even heard of an exit interview with the manager. It seems like they only want to hire workers and not thinkers, though there is autonomy but it only goes so far. There is little to no training or any guidance from the manager. Funniest thing is you aren’t even allowed to talk to your peers or else they will change your shift days. Your projects can go to a new person on a random Tuesday and you won’t even know and suddenly your work will be passed off as someone else’s. That being said they also don’t know how to follow a job description they hire for one thing and then give you tasks that are completely unrelated. On top of that the HR doesn’t seem proficient in writing experience letters either. The entire management in general lacks qualities like empathy and understanding but you won’t guess it when you first meet them. Don’t forget they will also lowball your offers!

Nothing. Don't join here

Worst Company Don't join. If you're fresher or intern don't join this company they just talk sweet to you make you feel good and say they have long term plans but don't fall for this. No mentorship nothing you are your own. they will give you project and thats it you need to complete it if you don't they will drop you because there is no mentorship and no team with you. you just need to complete the project and if you talk about project with someone they will separate you from others. No need to talk and if you talk with other colleagues they will call you in cabin and say don't talk to anyone. Seriously Boring company just go work and go 0 work environment. And nothing new to learn. The boss only have right attitude He thinks he is always right and knows everything but he knows nothing. and HR will spy on you what you are doing whom you are talking and backbitte about you. they told you to be professional but they're not even professionals they don't know how to treat colleuges. If you're yes person. who say yes to everything then you will join.

As I joined this organisation a few weeks back, totally loving the work and team here. The one thing I loved the most about this company is there Trial process because of which I was able to get the experience of the real work scenario, the teams and work culture which is very friendly. The interview and on board process was very smooth and I got joining letter within a week, Thanks to the HR Team.
