Company was good when Martin is working as CTO. But now company has appointed politician in top position, that never looks your effort and work. Therefore company has fall down to coWorks.

Politics, Ignore work effort, Ownership only for developers, not for team and managers. No Technical manager.

Dislikes

Being a technical employee you won't get proper growth. If you wanted to join Appster then join it as a non-technical person like P.O ,S.M or QA. There is no work life balance in this company. Most of team need to stay late night often. Despite of this hard work you won't get better appraisal or any good feedback. Most of management person do the favouritism .Also, There is no job stability in this company they suddenly fire employees on basis of cost cutting.

For a fresher it is a place where they can learn and kick start their career with a lot of exposure to politics, typical Indian Lala company culture and pinch of technology

Dislikes

No work culture, Zero work life balance, if a person spends 1 minute less than 8 hrs and 45 minutes a day, he will be marked for half day. Company's culture is toxic.

Trust me guys if you want the true feedback then please talk to anyone who worked or currently working for Appster. HR department continuously adding the fake feedback to improve the company reviews.
