Less value of employees and their presence Don't take much feedback and suggestions to improve existing things No more rewards benifits No financial add-ons to motivate Sometimes get appreciation but its one person only, team do efferts together not one

Learnt a lot here, there are a lot of new things to learn everyday. Work culture is good

Dislikes

Time restrictions, have to sit in the office for 9 hours even when most of the times there is no work to do. Basic facilities like coffee machine are not present. Higher authorities are not fully dedicated to work.
