My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Likes

Shift timings and work load. Hikes are also good. No mnc is giving suck hikes So lot better in terms of hikes.

Dislikes

Health insurance coverage is less. Recognization of work is bit low. Cab service is less for men.

Hire and Fire methodology. More than a IT professionals in the company, it is a IT labourers' company . No process followed. Good place for freshers to learn on Oracle technologies.

Dislikes

Gurgaon office is nothing but farce. There are only 2-3 clients which have been the case since last 5 years. Gurgaon management is weak and in-effective. Also employees are at the mercy of the clients.
