Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

They are in a bootstrap stage hence you would find typical startup challenges. They have one of the best products in the market. You get to work directly with the Founder and CEO. The founder and CEO believes in your growth and would do all that he can to make sure you grow professionally.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike about Appobile Labs. It's just that they are a boot starp and self sustaining startup and hence there are a few challenges such as salary not on time, no structured process, however you are free to implement your ideas and I am sure one day Appobile Labs will have a very good name in the market.
