But work will be assigned to you. In my case i am hopeless what to do next. So i just doing work without get paid my salary. Only our team lead connect with us. But he also don't take responsibility to get paid for our work. I am very strong that i didn't mess up anytime. But don't know what type politics going on

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
