Manager only thinking about their promotion and salary, Ankit, Anil & Anuj making company owner fool, they are only working their promotion not thinking about company future, due to their bad management many deserve people left the organisation, they make a good company to BPO, if these people works in this company for next 2 years this company they will be make a lose making company form profit, Don't know why these people are giving all work to other companies, someone told me that they are taking commission from the 3rd party that's why they are moving all business to outsourcing,.

everything. - Low pay but still expects you to take on more and more responsibilities and work. most of the cx team has a second job this is very embarrassing for the company - no respect for staff or people who actually do the work and talk to customers - sales blames everything on cx but doesn't cooperate with them or communicate - 1 cx manager/director makes every decisions and they are always wrong. process changes almost every week which is confusing and makes it slow and customers unhappy - no feedback from managers that barely make more than you and have never managed anyone or gotten training - no promotions for anyone they expect your team to take on more responsibility instead of promoting someone and paying more - always saying that the mission is the most important thing for us but we cant pay rent with it - they use to have free lunches and free vending machines but then they made everyone in driving distance to the office come back 1 day a week they got rid of it so now there are just some random snacks from the grocery store. - parking is $20 - everyone is very unhappy and burned out. there is no moral and the CEO sends a 'monday motivation' message every week which doesn't solve actual problems and complaints

They fire you, nothing about this company is good. They escort you till reception as if we will create a ruckus. Well, no one can stoop to your level. So save your time and get back to sucking blood and life of other employees. Losers......

Applyboard is an ethical company they give you salaries on time . Whatever cost you’ve incurred while travelling is given back on time good amount of holidays only if your manager allows you to take them then it is great

They hire you Saying it’s a 5 day week company trust me it’s not there is no work life balance the CEO’s of the company are great enthusiastic people but I they have hired people from a non background of education making this company not a result oriented but only a sales driven firm . They focus so much on sales that they pressure their Sales staff so much and it leads to only quantity driven work no quality measures are taken into mind work life balance is zero because you are working 24*7 anyone can call you anytime and ask you to join a call

I regret joining this company. The IT department is unprofessional, mangers lack IT knowledge, and colleagues engage in gossip and blame-shifting. The team leader is ineffective, and HR prioritizes fun over employee concerns. Recent firings were concerning. The company looks bleak without changes. My Experience at this company has been deeply disappointing. The IT department, including managers at both the India & HQ locations, exhibits unprofessional behavior, fostering a toxic environment of office politics and conspiracy. The Managers lack a fundamental understanding of the IT domain, which reflects in their decision-making and leadership. Moreover, most of my colleagues, with the exception of a few individuals, lack the necessary IT and technical knowledge. Instead of focusing on work, they engage in gossip, seek ways to humiliate others, and constantly complain. They present themselves as experts in IT but fail to demonstrate basic knowledge or work ethics. The Team Leaders behavior is particularly concerning. He rarely stays at his desk, preferring to gossip with employees from different departments. Like many others in the organization, he lacks understanding of IT and seems to conspire with managers from HQ and India, Often targeting other employees. HR Dept. is unfortunately , adds to the organizational dysfunction. Their main focus seems to be organizing office fun activities, with little regard for addressing serious HR related queries or concerns. The recent manner in which they handled employee terminations was not only disturbing but also appeared to border on harassment. I'm deeply concerned about the company's future of there issues persist. The hardworking individuals who could have made a positive impact on the organization have either been let go or have chosen to leave. What remains are individuals who lack ambition, vision, and drive to promote growth, not just for the company but also for its employees. I hope that CEO, individuals with strategic insights, or investors take note of these issues and bring about much needed changes. The owner of the company appears to be smart, dedicated, and well-intentioned. However, without addressing these deep-rooted issues, the company is at risk of further decline.
