Salary and bonus hike is good. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Worst Increment cycle delayed by 6 months and why no one knows and delaying every year. Very less medical policy cover limit only 2 Lakhs. No cab facility to employees due to this employees suffers in worst environmental conditions. No lunch/dinner/ breakfast : Employees paying more than 30,000 for meal annually. No scope for leading project even after 3 yrs of working. No outdoor activities.

Dislikes

Salary increments are not good. Only selected people will get hikes. One who joins recently that year promotion is not considered, you should have to wait for 2yrs for promotion
