I think the best thing is the innovative and learning culture within the company. The company's leave policy is very good and the salary gets credited timely every month. So, yeah, a good experience thus far.

The learning curve is steep, requiring an individual to make extra effort to stay top of things and it can be overwhelming sometimes.

Likes

I am very pleased with the projects I have worked on in last 2 years. It's both interesting and challenging, which keeps me engaged and motivated. Working here has been a rewarding experience for me.

Dislikes

Sometimes workload is overwhelming but right now the learning experience matters to me the most. So, I am okay with spending an extra 1-2 hours in a week if it helps me to upskill, especially when most of the projects we are working on are related to AWS.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The company helped us to upskill by paying for our training and certifications to work on AWS projects. The opportunities for growth have stood out as the most rewarding aspect of my tenure here.

I could think of only one improvement area, which is increasing the frequency of recognitions.

Though, it is something that I have to think a lot about, but as a dislike, I would say that communication between cross-teams can be improved for better coordination.
