... is no Experts in any of the field. They don't require any Experts in any Field. They like Candidates who don't know anything because they will not ask much salary. AOT never likes Candidates who grow higher level in terms of Knowledge and Don't like becoming Top Expert in any of the Field. AOT if understand that the candidate is becoming knowledgeable in any particular field , they immediately change the position by calling the candidate personally and from tomorrow onwards the candidate is shifted to the new area where the development requires But they will utilise the candidate knowledge even if the candidate is posted in different sections. AOT is too smart to cut the feathers of the Potential Candidates. AOT speaks always with Colgate smiles 😁, by showing wrong impression that they care the candidates too much. AOT always speaks proudly that None of the Candidates left their Company. There are lot of Harassment inside the Company. Lot of Internal Politics. Managers even don't know anything. They got a great Art of Trapping the Candidates in any problems where the Candidates won't be able to escape out. Appointing lots of People in the Organisation and just throwing/ treating the Old Staffs as if they are a dustbin. AOT itself don't know who is the General Manager ,Production Manager, Purchase activities, Sales activities,Exports, Marketing- Because of No Designation and mixed work. AOT compells the Staffs to take the new tasks always, that is AOT Strength. ISO inside nothing implemented. They are just making fool to each employee by shifting the employee from one position to another position without Designation. Designation is announced during interview and after that giving different responsibility and rotating each one frequently without intimation in advance. I have experienced it very badly.
