There is no work pressure. This place is only good for freshers/starters.Quality work can be done here only if competent persons are hired. It was started in 1976 by founders. Earlier before 2019 management was good & co-operative. Some of their products are total unique in legacy & very complex & high value R&D work has been done earlier that no other DEFENSE OEM is dare to venture till today. Also before 2019, company has good focus in Defense & Aerospace domain.

There is nothing to like in Applied Electro Magnetics. Only if you want to get employed, go and join AEM.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance working with Applied Electro Magnetics. You can be fired in a single day without even given a chance to serve notice period. No commitments from the organisation for there employees . Organisation can take back there commitments at any time. Company is anytime ready to keep you and your skills side. No HR Policies and HR is effective here. People are joining this organisation only for 1-2 months and get fired immediately. With this working standards of the organisation can be clearly understood.
