Since it located in Thane Wagle Estate, traveling is pretty convenient. More freedom in terms of development and research as compared to other companies.

- Salary for all positions especially Digitalization Department which includes most development positions is below average. - Management and Higher Up are more concerned about making money and will propose absurd timelines to clients. - Even as a fresher you may be assigned to multiple projects or clients, showing false increased experience. - Do not join this company if you expect proper project management and hierarchy especially freshers. There is lack of leads and guidance is scarce. - They ask for bond of 2 year when joining and add 1 year after every increment. - They also have clauses which make it very difficult for someone to find other jobs after leaving the company.

Worst Company Ever. I suggest never join this company due to company politics if you have connections with CEO then join this company you will get paid with good amount but if you dont then please dont join. They have not given me appraisal for 1 year and when I asked them they say company's sales are not good but at the same time they gave 100% appraisal to INTERNS(Having Connections With CEO). When you are serving notice period and you get ill then they would not consider that even if you are dieing and admitted in the hospital they are least concern they want their work to be done and HR cut your leave from your salary. The WORST !!! COMPANY

The one thing I liked is the way the senior teaches you new things . the support they give when you were beginner.

There are multiple things like: 1. They cutt offer some important holidays this year 2. They will give you intense pressure unless the task is completed 3. They extend their increment according to their convenience 4. No as such work life balance

Nothing worst company no work life balance and all the blame for delay will be on you if u are new there i request everyone please don't join there are other companies good but don't waste your time here they will make u work late night without any benefit and if u don't work they will blame u for the delay in project. You will not gain any knowledge there they will make u work on projects that language u don't know only and later blame u for delay and all so please don't even go for the interview waste of time this company should be closed they think employee are machine they can work 14 16 hours daily and even they make u work on weeknd and also they will call u during sleep to work and don't even give leave worst company ever . please don't go there let this company closed for greater good .

They put terrible pressure over, you get to work under pressure

They force you to work on weekends without any comp off and make you work overtime with out any benefit and later after some senior comments that don't take leverage of notice period after working on weekends and late night
