U have to leave office around 8-9 although ur timing is to leave at 7
U have to work a lot and they will insult you however much you work
They only like people who can show they are working hard whether actually they work or not . You just have to type long WhatsApp messages that's all . They fire people for voicing their opinions . They can't take constructive criticism.
Most hateful person in applicate you should be aware of is Kunal Bathla . He is the most toxic person you will ever meet
Not an ideal work culture for any sort of employee (experienced as well as fresher) as there is a lot of politics, seniors won't stick to their words, tasks are not assigned they are imposed onto you ( whether you are capable of doing that task or not) and the management doesn't care about that, even they won't address the situation in which you are working.
For example: you gave a timeline for a task let say 5 days so they will never accept it they want you to finish this task in 2-3 days and even if you try to push your limits to make the things work then during that timeline only they'll assign some other task and then they will expect that both the tasks should be completed and if anything goes wrong (which will eventually happen) then be prepared for the lectures given by the officials on "accountability" , "responsibility" and some other "elegant" synonyms of these words.
All the ex employees and current employees had faced the situation ( current employees still facing this situation) in which they started hating there profession due this sort of behavior.
So those who are looking for an opportunity in this company think thrice because here people will intentionally create situations where there is a 99% chance of mistakes and work breakage and once the obvious negative outcome of the situation comes then they'll scold you for their wrong decision making.
From November 2020 to july 2021, 25+ employees have left the company both experienced as well as fresher. Apparently this is self explanatory that what sort of nuisance is going out in the company.
- Salary gets credited on time.
- Salary is above average for fresher.
- Trainees get salary and all employee benefits.
- Get to work with top brands.
- Get Mac Book.
- Toxic top management
- Unrealistic goals are given and employees are expected to work day and night, on public holidays, weekends and leaves without compensatory offs.
- If you express concern for work life balance you will be fired.
- They will let go 20 good employees than fire toxic manager.
- 80% people leave the organisation within one year and 60% leave within first 6 months because of toxic management.
- Although work timings are said to be flexible, that just means you have to be in office from 9.45am to 7pm officially and by flexible they mean you would have to attend meetings and complete your work even if it's 8am or 11pm.
1. Salary on time - At the end of every month.
2. Quarterly Appraisal - You are rated on predefined KPIs and generally employees get appraisal but mostly SP/SP+, hard to get LP/EP. It completely depends on your relationship with your project manager.
3. Colleagues - This is the best part I made some amazing friends and the seniors were supportive and provided a lot of guidance.
4. Work culture - Ok to good (a lot depends on the project you are working on, some projects are quite badly managed thus if you are assigned to that project then good luck, otherwise it's OK, some politics which happen in every company )
**IMPORTANT** - work culture of business team and tech is quite different, I was in business team which had more happy people than tech team who were always complaining as were put on technologies they were unaware of and were not provided proper training.
Overall it's mid-stage startup, you will need to figure out a lot of things on your own and work harder than in MNC. You will get a lot to learn and if you can manage client interactions and the stress that comes with handling the tech team you can work here. Remember to have a good relationship with your manager. Good for freshers who wants to move to PM side.
1. Bond - As there is no formal training provided thus there should be no reason for a bond. KT and shadowing of senior BA is provided for 2 weeks which is good. (Note to management- this is not training)
2. Unstructured processes and procedures for employees to conduct day-to-day activities. They use Whatsapp as means of all communication which is quite unprofessional.
3. High expectations - you need to figure out things on your own and at times work after hours to complete pending tasks.
4. Poor at assigning projects- Few BAs are given a lot of projects with a lot of work pressure but some are given almost nothing to do projects.
No Employee benefits, No games, cab, food or anything else for employees. Cutting tea twice a day according to management this is more than enough. No coffee vending machine or something like that. Long working hours no flexible timings. Even after long hours have to do overtime. Lack of management skills and 100s more.
