Company culture, office party, average management, good company policies. Only learning for fresh and entry level developers, cafeteria

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues.. Salary is decent, hike is not upto the mark, most of the developer leaving, company trying to retain its developer by giving them greed with 1 year bond before which you can not resign.

I really love working at appinventiv technologies, people are friendly and helpful, hr 's are good always supportive, seniors are good, salary was on time, and everything was great. And great learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary was less as i joined as a fresher and mostly freshers are leaving the company because of less salary they should consider and increase the salary so they don't have to depend on bond to keep good resource in the company.

The internal work culture can be highly political, which makes it difficult for employees who want to be recognized purely on the basis of their work. Additionally, the policies regarding employee breaks and working hours feel overly strict, sometimes leading to unnecessary stress. A more employee-friendly approach, with fair recognition and flexibility, would greatly improve the overall experience. For those who prioritize a balanced and transparent work culture, it may be worth considering other options.

...ut micromanaging, exploiting employees, and creating a hostile work environment. Instead of focusing on actual productivity, they engage in unethical salary deductions just to satisfy their own egos. The Basement BU XCHNG is a prime example of this dysfunction—it’s a mess, and you need to start fixing it from there. Ask yourself: Why is there such a high attrition rate? Why are employees constantly put on immediate PIPs or fired without warning? Why does no one want to work under these managers? People aren’t leaving without a reason. If you don’t address these core issues, this cycle of toxic leadership and high turnover will never end. If you don’t fix these core issues, this company will remain a revolving door of hiring, exploiting, and firing. Instead of spending money on fake employer branding, try building an actual ethical workplace where employees feel valued.

You get too much to learn here that's all and little but job security if you're experts in your domain

Less salary hikes you have to negotiate for the hikes you want, no promotion even you're working hard giving your all, politics at every stage
