Nothing in the starting period they treat you well and after one month they treat u as a laborer.

Dislikes

A Company claims to be a Malaysian startup but they are actually scammers. They hire talent as interns, Promoting them a good salary if they perform well. However, after some time, they tell the interns they aren't performing up to standard and fire them. I'm not the only one facing this situation; many people are being misled by this company and taken advantage of.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
