Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Most dislikes deserved by HR of the company whose name is Sonalika, followed by manager and co-owners, you will find better work culture at any random tea stall but not in this company, I would like to do any work but will never join this company at any cost, till the current manager and HR will exist in this company.

I am very glad to say that this company is not suppoorting his employees. They just keep me on leave without pay. How I will manage my daily life I don't know..so overall I will say that this company is not good at all. They just don't support his employees in any condition.

I get to learn many things. I will tell you one thing that only 2 weeks of training I completed my training and from very next month only I just started working for the company. So I will tell one thing that for fresher this company is good to learn the things but they just don't support anymore in this pandemic. They are not providing us Sallary. We are just on leave without pay.
