I worked at Appcare for a while and during my time there, I gained valuable skills and had the opportunity to develop myself professionally. However, I faced challenges related to work-life balance, as the work hours were not flexible and extended working hours were common. Additionally, there was limited scope for employee benefits, and the work environment could benefit from improved professionalism and better communication practices.

While working at Appcare, I developed my skills, but there were also some challenges. The work hours were not flexible, often requiring me to stay late. Despite putting in extra effort, there were no additional benefits provided. The work culture lacked professionalism at times, and communication was not always clear, which made tasks more challenging.
